The Peripheral Nerve Clinic is a multi-disciplinary and inter-disciplinary clinic encompassing clinical, physiotherapy and electro-diagnostic services. Provides treatment for adults who have a peripheral nerve injury.Sees people with nerve injuries that may need surgery, including:
shoulder (brachial plexus) injuries
upper and lower extremity injuries
and other peripheral nerve injuries that may need surgery

Whenever possible, a patient should be connected to a family doctor or general practitioner that oversees their medical care. Referrals are accepted by fax to Neurology Central Access and Triage for consideration of acceptance.
