Rehabilitation - Preschool

Service for preschool children and qualifying school aged children with functional concerns.

Provides assessment and intervention to support parent concerns related to:

  • daily routines such as eating, sleeping, bathing, brushing teeth, and outings
  • walking, running and playing
  • interacting with other children and adults
  • equipment needs

Children birth to 18 years old.

If the client has a specific diagnosis with identified interventions required, a referral form can be faxed to our department to assist in scheduling.
