Location: Stollery Children's Hospital
This program provides ancillary support for Indigenous pediatric patients who receive care at the Stollery Children's Hospital. Program objectives include: Providing a culturally safe, patient and family centered approach to Indigenous pediatric care at the Stollery Children's Hospital Supporting Indigenous pediatric patients of the Stollery, and their families, in accessing available health services and social supports Developing collaborative approaches with families and hospital and community care providers to meet complex healthcare needs of Indigenous pediatric patients from rural and remote communities
