Assists people with Parkinson¿s Disease and their families in dealing with Parkinson¿s and receiving the care they need. Services include:Services include: Investigation and diagnosis Assessments, treatments and follow-up Involving clients, families and caregivers in making the care plan Assisting clients in having the confidence, skills and ability to manage Parkinson’s Education for clients, families and other healthcare providers Assisting clients to see health care providers specialized in managing Parkinson’s Client and family support

A diagnosis of Parkinson’s Disease; or being investigated for same. Clients need to exhibit signs & symptoms of rest tremor, slowness/stiffness and gait disorder. Patients should have a family doctor that is able and willing to work with the clinic in the care and management of the client.
