Eligibility

Valvular heart disease amenable to transcatheter treatment

Referral Needed
  • valvular heart disease amenable to transcatheter treatment

  • medication List (dose, frequency, route)

  • past medical history

  • echocardiogram results

  • angiogram results

  • CT-A: chest/abdo/pelvis (TAVI protocol)

  • referral form by request (draft status)

Wait Times

Confirmation of referral receipt to referral source will occur within 7 calendar days.

Communication of appointment details to patient and referral source will occur within 14 calendar days.

Communication of initial appointment outcomes to referral source will occur within 30 calendar days.

Wait time for TAVI procedure is approximately 1-9 months depending on severity of symptoms and disease.
