Nutrition Counselling - Adult, Pregnancy and Pediatrics

A registered dietitian assists clients in following a special diet and improve their eating pattern to manage their medical condition.

The majority of teaching is one-to-one, however, group sessions may be offered to promote enhanced learning of clients. Nutrition information and resources can be found on Alberta health Services Healthy Eating Starts and at MyHealth.Alberta.ca
