Reality Challenged Clinic

Provides service to young adults with psychotic symptoms who have concurrent disorders that act as exclusion criteria from other mental health services.

Provides a comprehensive psychiatric assessment with long-term follow-up where appropriate. Maximum duration of program attendance will be reviewed at 3 years. Follow-up services include:

  • psychiatric management and medication strategies
  • case management
  • access to group therapy

Eligibility

Service targeted to young adults, ages 15 to 25 years.

All community referrals are facilitated by Access Mental Health (403-943-1500).

There are limited spaces available and wait times vary. Current wait time will be provided on receipt of referral.
