Reality Challenged Clinic - Addiction & Mental Health

Provides service to young adults with psychotic symptoms who have concurrent disorders that act as exclusion criteria from other mental health services.

Provides a comprehensive psychiatric assessment with long-term follow-up where appropriate. Maximum duration of program attendance will be reviewed at 3 years. Follow-up services include:

  • psychiatric management and medication strategies
  • case management
  • access to group therapy

Eligibility

Service targeted to young adults, ages 15 to 25 years.

Service Access

Healthcare providers should consult the Alberta Referral Directory for service referral information.

All community referrals are facilitated by Access Mental Health.
