Community Pediatric Asthma Service Central Access and Triage

This central access referral service provides a single point of entry for pediatric patients and their families who require asthma education appointments.

Non-urgent referrals for Asthma education for pediatric patients and their families. Non-urgent referrals for asthma education. In person or virtual asthma education appointments for children and their families with mild to moderate asthma that includes a customized Asthma Action Plan for every patient. A breathing exercise (simple spirometry) for patients 6 years of age and older will be scheduled as required.
