Patients can self-refer by calling the clinic. Please call the main desk and your information will be sent to the nursing team for triage. Patients are accepted based on complexity and other eligibility criteria - if a patient is not accepted they will be referred for connection with another medical clinic in the community.
An estimated wait time will be provided at the time of appointment booking.
