Trauma Surgery Follow-Up Clinic

Follow-up clinic for patients seen by or admitted to Foothills Medical Centre Trauma Services.

The clinic offers virtual or in person appointments as determined by the discharging trauma physician or nurse practitioner. The primary purpose of the appointment is to provide reassessment and education related to the patients admitting injuries and how they are managing post discharge.
This clinic does not accept referrals from outside of our service.
