Complex Aortic Program

 Location: South Health Campus

Patients that have a diagnosis of aortic dissections/ aortopathy/ aortic dilation and aorta abnormalities. Includes both vascular and cardiac surgical consults with ongoing aortic surveillance.

Patients must have imaging with either MRI / CT scan or echocardiography to confirm a diagnosis of aortic abnormality to be appropriate for referral. Must be referred by the primary care physician or specialist involved in the patients care.
