Day Hospital - Youth is a short-term stabilization program that supports children, youth under 18 and their families transitioning from any mental health inpatient units back to their home, school, and community.A 2 week program designed to support the successful transition from an in-patient stay back to home, school and community. It is a a safe, structured, group treatment method that involves using everyday activities and a supported environment to help people with interaction in community settings.
