Occupational Therapy - Outpatient Services

 Location: St. Mary's Hospital

Provide assessment and treatment of acute hand and wrist conditions. This includes hand injuries and post-operative management (e.g. open reduction internal fixation, nerve repairs, tendon repairs, Dupuytren's release).

Assessment and treatment for the above conditions may include the following:

  • splinting
  • range of motion, stretching, and home exercise programs
  • education on safety, swelling, and scar management.
