This outpatient service provides in-depth assessment, diagnosis, and treatment recommendations for adults over 65 to help improve their care.

Medical doctor with extra years of specialized training for older adults. Areas assessed are:

  • dementia
  • Alzheimer's
  • incontinence
  • quality of life and goals
  • medications
  • other areas that affect older adults.
