Addiction and Mental Health - Community Support Services, Adult

Provides advocacy and support to adults with severe and persistent mental illness and / or addiction issues, who are living in the community and can benefit from additional support with day-to-day activities.

Provide life skill training, supportive counselling, medication support and support with recreation activities. Provides services in the community.
