Pain Management Clinic

This clinic provides a pain assessment for patients and uses interventional procedures.

This is a consultation based clinic. Referring physicians must be willing to continue the care of their patient based on the recommendations of the Pain Specialist. Services offered:

• detailed musculoskeletal assessment
• image guided interventional therapy (nerve blocks, epidural injections, Botox injections, trigger point injections, etc)

Services NOT offered:

• long term medication maintenance
• addiction and detoxification services
• orthopedic consultation
• primary medical care or urgent / emergent care
• WCB (Workers Compensation Board) claims
