Alberta Healthy Living Program - Central Access and Triage

This is the Central Triage Department for the Alberta Healthy Living Program (AHLP) in the Central Zone. This central access referral service provides a single point of entry to those living with chronic conditions in communities throughout the Central Zone.

Offers health education classes, self-management workshops, nutrition counselling for adults living in the community or living with a chronic health condition throughout the Central Zone.

Exercise Programs

Supervised Exercise - Learn how to self-monitor and stay safe while exercising. Improve your cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, and flexibility.

Participants will be asked to attend a relevant Health Education class, if available, before booking an individual appointment.

 

Must be 18+ years of age.
