Effective Wednesday, May 7, 2025 a temporary location will be opening at the Queen Elizabeth II Ambulatory Care Centre (10409 98 St, Grande Prairie). Public health services previously offered at this location can be access at the Queen Elizabeth II Ambulatory Care Centre and other Community Health Centre within the city.
