Nutrition Central Access and Triage

 Location: South Zone and Area

This central access referral service provides a single point of entry for individuals who require nutrition services in the South Zone.

A registered dietitian assists clients to make diet, behavioral, and lifestyle changes to manage their medical condition and/or improve their health.The majority of nutrition counselling occurs on an individual basis, however, group sesions may be offered to promote enhanced learning of clients prior to individual appointment. Additional Services: Pediatric Weight Management Visit the PEAS (Pediatric Eating and Swallowing) website to find relevant information for families and care providers of children with an eating, feeding and swallowing disorder.
