Calgary Brain Injury Program

This office offers central triage for health care providers, patients and their families to access programs and services across the Calgary Zone. This service is for adults who have experienced an acquired brain injury.

The program offers the following for patients and their families:

  • triage for Alberta Health Services funded brain injury rehabilitation programs and services
  • education and updated information about resources for brain injury

This program also provides information, education, and resources to healthcare providers working across the continuum of care from acute to community rehabilitation.
