Calgary Brain Injury and Stroke Rehabilitation Program

This is a central location for the Brain Injury and Stroke coordinators to provide assistance with connecting clients to rehabilitation services and wayfinding in the Calgary Zone.

The program offers the following for patients and their families:

  • education and updated information about resources for survivors of brain injury and stroke
  • wayfinding

This program also provides information, education, and resources to healthcare providers working across the continuum of care from acute to community rehabilitation.
