Adult Neuropsychology Service

Neuro-psychological assessment of adults with known or suspected neurological illness/injury.

Patients are seen for many areas of neurologic illness/injury, including:

  • stroke/traumatic brain injury
  • tumour, hydrocephalus
  • seizure disorder
  • multiple sclerosis/movement disorders
  • toxic and metabolic encephalopathy
  • dementia

Service Providers May Include
neuropsychologists
Referral Needed

This service does not accept referrals for:

  • chronic fatigue syndrome
  • learning disabilities
  • chronic pain
  • ADD / ADHD
  • post-traumatic stress disorder
  • personal injury litigation
  • disability evaluations (including AISH)
  • medical-legal assessments, and third party (insurance) assessments

Fees

There is a charge for additional correspondence for third-party insurance or medical-legal consultation.
