Provides early assessment, treatment, and education for adults who have had a transient ischemic attack or a minor stroke.This service provides the following for adults who have had a transient ischemic attach (TIA) or a minor stroke: fast assessment and treatment referral to neurosurgery and interventional neuroradiology as needed education relating to stroke, risk factors, and lifestyle clinical care, research, and teaching in the area of cerebrovascular disease TIA Rapid access clinic (TIARA)
