Neuromuscular Clinic

 Location: South Health Campus

Provides neurological assessments and treatments.

Services may include:

  • pre-diagnostic and diagnostic information and support to clients and their family
  • diagnostic tests including electromyography (EMG) and nerve conduction studies (NCS)
  • neurological treatment and symptom management
  • telephone consultation and working with with community agencies to care for the client
  • consultation and advice for other health care providers

Healthcare providers should consult the Alberta Referral Directory for service referral information.

Whenever possible, a patient should be connected to a family doctor or general practitioner that oversees their medical care. Referrals are accepted by fax to Neurology Central Access and Triage for consideration of acceptance.
