Sleep Centre

This service provides a single point of referral, triage, education, diagnosis and treatment for adults with sleep disorders.

Provides consultation, diagnosis and treatment for adults with sleep disorders. To be seen at the Sleep Centre, your family physician or specialist must refer you to our clinic. Once we receive your referral we will fax a confirmation to your referral source reporting that your referral was received. Based on the information received in your referral, you will then either be called for an appointment by our staff to arrange further testing or you will receive a questionnaire in the mail for you to complete and return to the Sleep Centre. This is part of the standardized triage process.

Information for Health Providers is available on our website.
