Cardio-Respiratory Services

Diagnostic testing, assessment, and education for people who are living with heart and/or lung disease.

Services include:

  • 24 / 7 Acute / Critical Care Coverage
  • Aerosol Therapy
  • Arterial Blood Gas Testing
  • Exercise Stress Testing
  • Holter Monitoring (24hr, 48hr)
  • Spirometry
  • Sputum Induction
  • Tracheostomy Changes

The following services are provided at CRH only:

  • Ambulatory Blood Pressure Monitoring
  • Cardiac Device Clinic
  • Elective Cardioversion
  • Event Monitoring (2 week)

The following services are provided at MHRH only:

  • Exertional Oxygen Testing
  • Medication Device Teaching
  • Remote Pacemaker Checks
  • Respiratory Assessment
  • Respiratory Disease Education (Asthma, COPD)
