In these seven weeks, the youth and their family will have the opportunity to reflect and develop strategies to enhance their strengths and skills to cope with change and stress.All referrals to this program come from the School Division.

Youth grades 7-12 in an educational program who have parent / guardian consent to attend the program.

Students are referred through their designated school in consultation with the student's parent / guardian. All referrals are managed through the school division.
