Rheumatology Outpatient Clinic

Provides care and education to those patients suffering from rheumatoid arthritis and specific auto immune diseases.

The goal of the program is to assist patients in achieving their optimal functional independence in addition to helping them cope with the presence of a chronic disease.
Provides:

  • follow-up assessment and reinforcement of education
  • blood work
  • injections
