Pediatric Spina Bifida Clinic

The Pediatric Spina Bifida Clinic provides medical assessment, diagnosis, and follow-up for children who have spina bifida, malformations of the spine, spinal cord injury, or tumors of the spinal cord.

The Clinic provides parents with information about their child's medical condition to assist in making informed decisions about their child's treatment.

  • Disabled and public parking are available on designated surface lots and in the underground parkade.
  • Public transportation available with bus stops along 111 Avenue in front of the Main Entrance of the GRH.

This clinic is held on the 2nd and 4th Mondays of the month and the 4th Thursday of the month; all clinics are held between 8:00 am and 12:00 noon.

dietitians, occupational therapists (OTs), orthotists, physiatrists, physical therapists (PTs), registered nurses (RNs), social workers, urologists, speech-language pathologists (SLPs), nurse practitioners (NPs)

Children aged 0 to 17 years with spina bifida.
