Cochlear Implant Service

Provides assessment and rehabilitation services to all ages with severe to profound hearing loss who get limited or no benefit from conventional hearing aids.

Service provides in-depth assessment to see if the person is a candidate for a cochlear implant. The service also provides device programming, support, and monitoring.

Eligibility

Clients with:

  • severe to profound hearing loss in BOTH ears
  • get minimal or no benefit from conventional hearing aids
  • are medically suitable to receive an implant.

Caregiver must come with children to appointment.
