Provides transitional living options and clinical supports as needed for adults with serious and ongoing mental health problems.Provides recovery based housing and clincial supports with the overall purpose to promote independence and recovery through different levels of supportive living environments. Outreach workers, social workers, nursing staff and psychiatrists provide differing levels of support, assisting clients through transition, community engagement and referrals to resources.

Administration operates on the schedule noted above. Approved homes operate on a 24 hours a day, seven days a week basis. Community Support Services are provided during business hours on weekdays.
