Communication Development Services

Assesses, treats, and teaches children who have speech, language, or swallowing problems.

Helps preschool children with:

  • trouble understanding or using speech
  • making speech sounds correctly
  • language development problems
  • stuttering
  • feeding or swallowing problems
  • voice problems

Works with other healthcare providers as needed. Services are offered at community health centres, preschools, and in the home.
