RN’s on-call after 9:15 PM.
Program serves children and youth, from birth to 18 years of age if eligible for Home Care (based on the Coordinated HC Program Regulations).
Anyone can refer to CHC as long as the family / client is aware and in agreement with same.
With parental and / or client consent, contact Community Care Access, Edmonton Zone Central Intake @780-496-1300.
An estimated wait time will be provided at the time of referral and/or appointment booking.
Private insurance will be explored for some services / needs.
