Provides pre and post operative care to patientsThe Day Surgery & Pre Operative Care Unit provides comprehensive, patient centered care for individuals aged 16 and older who are preparing for or recovering from surgical procedures. Our team supports two primary patient groups: Day Surgery Patients (16+)We care for patients undergoing same day surgical procedures that do not require an overnight stay. Elective Overnight Surgical Patients (16+)We also provide pre operative care for patients scheduled for elective surgeries that require an overnight hospital stay.
