Postpartum Unit

Provides inpatient care to women after delivery. Also cares for pregnant women who are having problems related to their pregnancy.

This service provides inpatient care to new mothers and women who are having problems related to their pregnancy, including:

  • rooming-in units for women and their newborn with one support person staying overnight
  • home-like environment supports breastfeeding
  • hostel for moms who are discharged but their baby must stay in the hospital.
  • 4 theme rooms
