Tertiary Palliative Care Unit

Provides care and support for patients and their families who are facing end of life challenges.

The Tertiary Palliative Care Unit (TPCU) is a referral based unit for patients who are diagnosed with a life limited illness. The team specializes in complex symptom management and works together to care for each patient's physical, psychosocial, and spiritual needs. We take a multidisciplinary approach when caring for not only our patients but also the patient's family as they too, can often require intensive support.
