Provides prostheses and/or adapted equipment for children 17 years of age and younger with limb differences.Provides care to children with congenital or acquired amputations to improve mobility and independence, which includes: assessment by a healthcare team planning to manage your child’s rehabilitation treatment options emotional support teaching as needed referrals to other healthcare providers and community agencies (if needed)

Clinic is held on the third Tuesday of the month in the afternoon. Regular hours of operation are M-F 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.
For children 17 years of age and younger who are missing part of one or more limbs (congenital or acquired).
