Chronic Kidney Disease Clinic - Alberta Kidney Care - North

Provides care to adults 17 years and over who have chronic kidney disease.

Services include:

  • treatment aimed at slowing the chronic kidney disease
  • patient education (e.g., kidney disease, dialysis, kidney transplant)
  • monitoring kidney function
  • nutrition counselling
  • psychosocial support
  • preparing for dialysis
