Evaluation and management of children with rheumatic diseases and conditions.Care for children with suspected or confirmed rheumatologic diagnoses, including: juvenile idiopathic arthritis systemic lupus erythematosusand other systemic autoimmune rheumatic diseases juvenile dermatomyositis systemic vasculitis autoinflammatory syndromes (including recurrent fever syndromes and chronic non-bacterial osteomyelitis) scleroderma (systemic and localized, including morphea) All referrals MUST include a MSK physical examination in order to be triaged.

Children age 17 and under are accepted as new patients. Patients are followed until they are accepted by their new adult rheumatologist after their 18th birthday or are discharged from the service.
