Perinatal Outpatient Mental Health Clinic

We provide early intervention, preventative care and mental health supports to patients during the perinatal period (from 12 weeks' pregnant to one year after giving birth)

The clinic provides timely, accessible and evidence-based treatment for people experiencing mental health challenges directly related to their perinatal experience. The interdisciplinary team consists of psychiatrists, mental health nurses, social work and spiritual care. The team offers 1:1 support with a mental health clinician, perinatal groups that offer DBT focused psycho education, drop in support groups and consultations with social work, spiritual care and psychiatry.

The clinic supports patients who are 18 years of age or older and 12 weeks pregnant to 1 year post-partum.
