Workplace Health & Safety

 Location: North Zone and Area

Provides health, safety and wellness support to Alberta Health Services workers.

Services include:

  • CDA Assessments
  • Immunization
  • Communicable Disease and Outbreak Management Response
  • Blood & Body Fluid Exposure Management
  • Ergonomic Consultations
  • Hazard Assessments
  • Occupational Hygiene Programs
  • Occupational Safety Programs
  • WCB follow up, Return to Work & Modified Work Support
  • Education and Training for Safe Patient Handling
  • Occupational Health Nursing service including counselling, injury and accident reporting, administering Employee Assistance Program services for staff, and ergonomic assessments.
