Parking and Public transportation available

Clients must be medically stable and:

• have central venous access
• must demonstrate the cognitive, emotional, and physicval ability to manage home PN in a safe independent manner
• resident home requires electricity, phone, and refrigeration
• must be medically stable as determined by the HNSP team
• must be a resident of Alberta (exceptions may be considered)
• treatment required is greater than 6 weeks
• pediatric patients for Northern Parental Nutrition (PN)

There has to be a Physician to Physician referral made before patients are assessed. Patients must be referred from inpatients. (exceptions may be considered).

An estimated wait time will be provided at the time of acceptance to program.
