The North Zone offers Prenatal Education classes both in-person and virtually. These classes are about labor, birth, vaginal and cesarean delivery, breastfeeding, and postpartum care of the mom and newborn.For more information visit our website at Prenatal – North Zone. These classes may be in the evenings or on Saturdays. Please be advised not all locations offer all services and to contact your local community health centre. In-person classes are available upon request. Daytime, evening, and weekend availability.

In-Person classes are offered where capacity and needs allow; and for those in areas who cannot access the in-person classes; virtual classes are held monthly.
Participants must register in advance for prenatal classes. Please call your local Community Health Services for more information.
It is important to register early because class sizes are limited. The 2nd trimester is ideal for learning.
