Location: Medicine Hat Provincial Building
Provides community outpatient assessment, treatment, and follow-up for individuals experiencing addiction and / or mental health concerns.Generalist clinicians work with adult individuals (18+) and their familieswhere appropriate, to assess and develop collaborative goals and treatment plans.Services may include: short-to moderate term (typically 6-8 sessions) goal-oriented outpatient mental health therapy psychoeducation and skill-based mental health therapy groups collaboration with supporting Social Worker, Addiction Counsellors, and Psychiatrist - when appropriate referrals to other community resources and programs
