This central access referral service provides a single point of entry for individuals who need to see a Rheumatologist in the Calgary Zone.

Provides a referral service for doctors, emergency departments, and urgent care centres that need to refer people to see a Rheumatologist in the Calgary Zone.

Access
Service Providers May Include
licensed practical nurses (LPNs), pharmacists, registered nurses (RNs), rheumatologists, social workers
Eligibility

Elgibility will be reviewed by a registered nurse and physician.
