Perinatal Bereavement Program

Provides grief support and resources ONLY for families that have experienced the loss of a pregnancy / baby through miscarriage, ectopic, medical induction, stillbirth or newborn death up 28 days. This clinic does not provide mental health therapy.

This service offers:

  • inpatient support for RAH
  • virtual and telephone one to one support
  • coordination of Hospital Burial Program
  • coordination of Annual May Memorial
  • community resources

Access
Service Providers May Include
bereavement coordinators, registered nurses (RNs)
Eligibility

Women who have had a pregnancy loss or infant loss.

Referral Needed

Self-referrals are welcome.
