Regional Fertility Program

Assessment, treatment and counselling for people with infertility issues or repeated pregnancy losses.

Diagnoses and treats people with infertility issues or repeat pregnancy losses. Offers these services:

  • counselling about treatments
  • treatment with reproductive technologies including artificial insemination (AI), in vitro fertilization (IVF), intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI), preimplantation genetic testing (PGT), egg donation, and gestational surrogacy
  • cryopreservation for people who have IVF / ICSI
  • cryopreservation for people before they have cancer treatment

Access
Service Providers May Include
gynecologists, licensed practical nurses (LPNs), psychologists, registered nurses (RNs), urologists

Fees

Consultation with the physicians is covered by provincial insurance but fertility treatments are uninsured.
