Cast Clinic

Clinic provides care and treatment for acute fractures.

This service provides:

  • assessment, treatment and follow up of orthopedic injuries
  • may involve application and removal of casts, braces or other orthopedic devices
  • offers follow up by an orthopedic surgeon or family doctor with an interest in orthopedics

Service Providers May Include
orthopedic surgeons, physical therapists (PTs), registered orthopedic technologists (ROTs)

Fees

There may be costs for splints, braces or other items not covered by Alberta Health.
