Mental Health Regional Housing

Provides transitional living options for adults with serious and ongoing mental health problems.

Regional Housing provides recovery based housing with the overall purpose to promote independence and recovery through different levels of supportive living environments. Outreach workers and nursing staff provide differing levels of support, assisting clients through transition, community engagement and referrals to resources.

Note

Administration operates on the schedule noted above.  Approved homes operate on a 24 hours a day, seven days a week basis.  Community Support Services are provided during business hours on weekdays.

Eligibility

Our program serve:

  • clients over the age of 18, who are willing to participate in programming and have a source of income ( AISH, CPP-D, Alberta Works and / or Employment income )
  • clients must present a need for mental health supportive housing, and clients must be connected to both an AHS mental health case manager and psychiatrist

An estimated wait time will be provided at the time of appointment booking.

Fees

Clients pay room and board and part of costs for activities.
