Intravenous (IV) Clinic

Provides outpatient intravenous antimicrobial therapy to patients who require IV treatment.

IV Clinic:

Provides outpatient intravenous antimicrobial therapy to patients who require IV treatment. Patients come to the clinic up to 3 times per day for therapy.

Patients are reassessed regularly by a physician or nurse practitioner, or are referred to other specialties.

Home IV:

The program is for people who need IV therapy for longer than 3 days and who meet the criteria to have it at home rather than in hospital. People who use this service are referred to Home Care for monitoring and see a doctor regularly.
