Pediatric Kidney Transplant Services - Southern Alberta Transplant Program

This program cares for children awaiting kidney transplant and the care after transplant.

The family-centred care for children awaiting kidney transplant and the care after transplants includes:

  • assessment
  • preparing for transplant
  • kidney transplant
  • follow-up for children after transplant

Access
Service Providers May Include
dietitians, nephrologists, pharmacists, psychologists, registered nurses (RNs), social workers
Eligibility

Children 18 years and younger.
